Job summary

WGT EHR Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Café Operations Executive to oversee daily café and retail operations.

You will support both FOH and BOH activities, ensure excellent customer service, manage stock and wastage, and coordinate with pastry/production teams and suppliers to keep the operation running smoothly. The role requires 1–3 years in F&B or related fields, strong coordination and communication skills, and the ability to multitask independently.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in F&B, café, retail, hospitality or operations.

• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and POS systems.

CAFE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE – FULL TIME

Location: Singapore
Salary: $3,000/month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM / 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
6-Day Work Week: Tuesday - Sunday
Fixed Off Day: Monday
Annual Leave: 7 Days

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Executive to support the daily operations of a growing dessert café and artisanal pastry business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café and retail operations
• Support both FOH and BOH operations
• Ensure good customer service, product presentation and smooth order processing
• Manage stock, inventory, replenishment and wastage
• Coordinate closely with the pastry/production team on stock requirements
• Coordinate deliveries, suppliers and order fulfilment
• Coordinate full-time, part-time and event staff
• Support pop-ups, roadshows and events, including setup and teardown
• Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness and operational SOPs are followed
• Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in F&B, café, retail, hospitality or operations
• Comfortable handling both FOH & BOH operations
• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and POS systems
• Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
• Pastry, bakery, dessert café or event experience is an advantage
