Job summary

MyCelium Catering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an F&B Executive to support cafe operations, including coffee preparation, customer service and cashiering, while providing administrative and operational support.

You will work with the operations lead and culinary team, maintain stock records, handle daily transactions, and assist with school catering events as required. Barista experience and a Food Safety Level 1 certificate are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B or café operations with barista duties.
• Valid Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent record keeping and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate café daily including opening/closing and service setup.
• Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages to standard.
• Maintain coffee machines and beverage equipment.
• Provide friendly customer service and handle cashiering/payments.
• Support stock, inventory and cost control to minimise waste.
• Perform daily closing, reporting and records management.
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations for events and catering.
