Job summary

TOGETHER AND in Singapore seeks a cafe-focused team member to prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to company standards, while calibrating and maintaining equipment for consistent, high-quality drinks and delivering friendly, professional service.

You will work independently and in a team to ensure smooth operations, maintain cleanliness, follow food safety guidelines, and assist with orders using POS and general prep tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in coffee/food service.
• Passion for coffee, beverages and creativity.
• Ability to experiment and innovate with flavors and ingredients.
• Good understanding of taste balance (sweet, sour, bitter).
• Positive attitude, team player and good communication.
• Attention to detail and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages per company standards and recipes.
• Calibrate and maintain coffee equipment for consistent, high-quality drinks.
• Provide excellent customer service in a friendly, professional manner.
• Work independently with initiative and as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines and company policies.
• Assist in other areas (retail queries, taking orders with POS, food prep, cleaning).
