Job summary

You will train new and existing cafe teams, monitor stock levels to minimise waste, implement cost-control measures, and ensure consistent product knowledge and customer satisfaction across shifts.

• Lead and motivate full-time and part-time service crews to deliver smooth service and authentic Japanese matcha experiences that enhance customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory control systems and track stock levels to maintain optimal supply and reduce waste
• Implement cost reduction strategies aligned with store financial targets to improve profitability
• Manage scheduling of full-time and part-time cafe crews to ensure adequate staffing for operational efficiency
• Track crew performance and provide feedback to support continuous improvement and service quality
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing cafe crews to maintain high service standards and product knowledge
