Tanamera Coffee is hiring a Chef De Partie / Demi Chef / Commis Cook to join our fast-paced café team at Marina Square Mall. You’ll prepare breakfast, brunch, and all-day dishes to our standards and help maintain kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year kitchen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast, brunch, and all-day dining dishes to Tanamera standards.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portioning.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and inventory control.
• Support daily kitchen operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver efficient and timely service.
