Job summary

Tanamera Coffee in Marina Square Mall is seeking a Chef De Partie / Demi Chef / Commis Cook to join our fast-paced café team. You will prepare breakfast, brunch and all-day dining dishes to Tanamera standards while upholding quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of kitchen experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast, brunch, and all-day dishes to Tanamera standards.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portions.
• Keep kitchen clean, hygienic and food safe.
• Assist with prep, stock rotation and inventory control.
• Support daily kitchen operations, including opening/closing duties.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to deliver timely service.

• Location - Marina Square Mall
• Working Hours - 44 hours per week / 5-day work week

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast, brunch, and all-day dining dishes to Tanamera standards.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portioning.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and inventory control.
• Support daily kitchen operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver efficient and timely service.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant at least 1 year of kitchen experience is preferred.
