Job summary

Common Man Coffee Roasters in Singapore is seeking a Chef de Partie to craft CMCR's signature brunch items and seasonal dishes, maintain quality, and support kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work 44 hours per week over a 5-day schedule, lead junior team members when needed, and collaborate with front-of-house to deliver a memorable dining experience. Prior café/brigade experience preferred; competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in cafés or all-day dining kitchens preferred.
• Must have passion for cooking and delivering quality food.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook signature brunch dishes and seasonal items.
• Ensure consistency and high quality of every plate.
• Support daily kitchen operations including mise en place and service.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a great dining experience.
• Assist with stock rotation and minimize waste.
• Senior roles may mentor junior team members.
