Common Man Coffee Roasters invites passionate kitchen professionals to join our fast-paced café team at CMCR Joo Chiat. We seek individuals who take pride in breakfast, brunch, and all-day dining dishes prepared to our high standards.

Roles include Chef De Partie, Demi Chef, and Commis Cook with a 44-hour, 5-day work week. Training provided for junior roles and opportunities for career development within Spa Esprit Group.

Qualifications

• Relevant kitchen experience preferred; training provided for junior roles.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for café-style dining and quality food.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast, brunch, and all-day dining dishes to company standards.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portioning.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and inventory control.
• Support daily kitchen operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver efficient and timely service.
