Job summary

tardis group singapore pte. ltd. is recruiting a C&B Senior Executive HR / Assistant Manager – Retail to lead end-to-end compensation & benefits for retail staff. You will administer payroll, manage salary structures, and support annual reviews and incentives.

The role requires strong Excel skills, HRIS experience, and the ability to ensure compliance with employment laws while partnering with Finance and Retail teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in HR, business, finance or related discipline.
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll or HR Operations, preferably in retail/FMCG/service.
• Strong payroll knowledge and understanding of employment legislation.
• Experience with retail incentives, commissions or variable pay is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Compensation & Benefits operations for retail employees.
• Administer monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage salary structures, adjustments, promotions and transfers.
• Support annual salary reviews, bonuses and incentive exercises.
• Develop and administer retail incentive, commission and sales bonus schemes.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
• Monitor manpower costs and payroll-related expenses.
• Prepare C&B reports, dashboards and HR analytics for management.
• Manage employee benefits such as medical, insurance, leave, and other benefits.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with HRBP, Finance, Payroll and retail operations.
• Review and improve C&B processes, policies and workflows.
