Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing for consumables, MRO, spare parts and project materials in a semiconductor/manufacturing setting.

You will negotiate with suppliers, forecast material needs, optimise inventory, create and track purchase orders, and ensure adherence to procurement policies while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve supply issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or production planning within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Experience in sourcing, supplier management, inventory planning, and purchase order management.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of consumables, MRO items, spare parts, and project-related materials.
• Negotiate with suppliers on product specifications, quality standards, pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
• Review material and part requests, identify suitable existing sources, and create new item records when required.
• Evaluate, qualify, and onboard new suppliers in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Develop procurement strategies, forecast material requirements, and optimise inventory levels.
• Monitor material consumption trends and identify unusual usage patterns.
• Create, track, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve quality and supply issues.
• Communicate product, supplier, and service updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
