Job summary

Pyxis CF Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced procurement professional to manage sourcing of semiconductor fabrication parts, negotiate with suppliers, and resolve supply issues to keep manufacturing on schedule.

You will process requisitions and orders, analyse quotes for cost-effectiveness, build supplier relationships, and use Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports. Diploma in engineering and semiconductor experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Electronic, or Manufacturing.
• Experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with Syspro system.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage procurement of fabrication parts to meet production requirements.
• Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier quotes accurately and efficiently.
• Review and analyze vendor quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate and resolve escalated supply issues such as shipment delays and documentation status to maintain production schedules.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with suppliers to secure favorable agreements and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships to support ongoing procurement needs and operational continuity.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat) to prepare procurement documentation and reports.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address procurement challenges and optimize sourcing processes.
• Work independently and manage workload effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
