Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is looking for a procurement professional to manage the sourcing and purchasing of consumables, MRO items, spare parts, and project materials in a manufacturing environment.

You will negotiate with suppliers, review requests, onboard new suppliers, and develop procurement strategies to forecast material requirements while optimising inventory levels. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in procurement or production planning in semiconductor/manufacturing.
• Experience in sourcing, supplier management, inventory planning, and PO management.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain operations.

• Review material and part requests, identify suitable existing sources, and create new item records when required.
• Evaluate, qualify, and onboard new suppliers in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Develop procurement strategies, forecast material requirements, and optimise inventory levels.
• Monitor material consumption trends and identify unusual usage patterns.
• Create, track, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve quality and supply issues.
• Communicate product, supplier, and service updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or production planning within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Experience in sourcing, supplier management, inventory planning, and purchase order management.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain operations.
