Job summary

Soitec Microelectronics Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to support operation purchasing for production tools and materials in a high-pace semiconductor manufacturing environment.

You will manage ERP data, supplier relationships, and KPI reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-efficient materials delivery. Candidates should have 5+ years in manufacturing procurement and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
• Experience sourcing and procuring semiconductor equipment, spares, consumables, and Process Kits.
• Familiarity with IT procurement and ERP (Oracle ERP highly desirable).
• Experience with end-to-end procurement (Sourcing to award).
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide operation support for production tool requirement purchases.
• Maintain procurement data in Oracle ERP (suppliers, PN, quotations).
• Maintain and update procurement KPIs.
• Participate in daily and weekly cross-functional meetings.
• Manage safety stocks to prevent OOS in chemical supply; minimize SLOB and write-offs.
• Communicate status of orders to stakeholders and align with production priorities.
• Drive process improvements in supplier relationship management and cost control.
• Prepare data for audits and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor market dynamics and pricing trends.
• Identify and evaluate new vendors per qualification processes.
• Assist in capex negotiations and long-term supplier contracts.
• Brown/green energy procurement.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Operation support to the production tool requirement purchase
• Maintain and update all Procurement Data into Oracle ERP (such as Suppliers files, PN, Quotation…)
• Maintain and update procurement KPIs
• Participate in daily and weekly cross functional meeting to support seamless execution in deliverables.
• Safety stocks management to ensure zero OOS in chemical supply , minimizing SLOBs and write-off.
• Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to provide most up to date information on the status of orders and to understand production priorities
• Execute process improvement initiatives to improve supplier relationship management and to better manage costs
• Data integrity check/preparation for audits
• Monitor market dynamics and identify marketplace trends that impact material/services availability and pricing
• Identify, evaluate and recommend new vendors that meet the business requirements based on the selection and qualification process
• Assist in negotiation for capex purchases focusing on contractual details and life-cycle ownership
• Contract negotiation for long term agreements with suppliers.
• Brown / green energy procurement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management with at least 5 year working experience or Engineers with 5 years’ relevant experience within manufacturing industry, preferably experience in handling chemical sourcing and procurement
• Knowledge on Procurement Process and best practices
• Experience in sourcing & procurement for both semiconductor equipment, spares & consumable, Process Kits will be advantageous
• Knowledge about IT Procurement
• Quartz process kit purchase & sourcing
• Manage production equipment service contract
• Experience in Semiconductor industry
• Team player with good collaboration skills
• Well Versed with end to end procurement process (Sourcing to award)
• Knowledge on ERP (Procure to Pay module) (Oracle ERP highly desirable)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications
