The role focuses on ensuring timely procurement to support production, expediting orders to prevent delays, and maintaining optimal material availability in collaboration with planning and production teams. You will monitor supplier performance, manage inventory and logistics, and drive cost-reduction initiatives while

Qualificações

• End-to-end purchasing experience including supplier sourcing, RFQs and negotiations.
• Review MRP requirements to ensure timely procurement for production.
• Monitor and expedite supplier orders to minimise shortages and delays.
• Coordinate with planning, production and suppliers to meet delivery commitments.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement stocking strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance in quality, delivery, cost and inventory control.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements, logistics activities and customs documentation.
• Ensure purchasing transactions are processed accurately (POs, invoices, vendor registration).
• Manage supplier returns, RMA cases and non-conforming materials with relevant departments.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency.
• Compile weekly and monthly purchasing reports and monitor procurement KPIs.

• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including supplier sourcing, RFQs, quotation analysis, commercial negotiations and order fulfilment.
• Review MRP requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials, components and equipment to support production demand.
• Proactively monitor and expedite supplier orders to minimise shortages and prevent production delays.
• Coordinate with supply chain planning, production and suppliers to maintain material availability and meet customer delivery commitments.
• Monitor inventory levels, review replenishment requirements and implement stocking strategies according to management policies.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance in quality, delivery, cost and inventory control.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements, logistics activities and customs documentation with relevant service providers.
• Ensure purchasing transactions and supporting documents are processed accurately, including vendor registration, purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices.
• Manage supplier returns, RMA cases and non-conforming materials in coordination with relevant departments.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency.
• Compile weekly and monthly purchasing reports and monitor key procurement performance indicators.
