ModusLink Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Client Account Coordinator to ensure high-quality service delivery for key clients in Singapore. You will coordinate daily business requirements, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational needs and drive continuous process improvements.

In this role, you will analyze client data, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver regular reports to management and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or diploma in a related field with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of client account management experience.
• Ability to interpret large data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Proactive, proactive in issue resolution and process improvements.

Job Summary

You will coordinate day-to-day client business requirements to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational needs, resolve issues promptly, and drive continuous process improvements that support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of client business requirements daily to deliver consistent and high service levels
• Respond accurately and timely to client enquiries regarding order status, quotations, and shipping information
• Advise clients on delivery schedules and inventory availability
• Proactively follow up to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client operational requirements and manage expectations effectively
• Prepare and deliver business reports to management and clients on a weekly and monthly basis

Competencies and qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in client account managing
• Manage time effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships across functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good negotiation skills to support client interactions and issue resolution
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills for clear client and team engagement
• High accuracy and attention to detail when working with large data sets
