Job summary

romme. (cafe) in Singapore is offering a Business & Operations Intern role to work closely with the founder. You will build internal systems, assist with admin, and coordinate on projects while also participating in hands-on café operations 1–2 days weekly.

This internship blends business support with real café experience in a growing independent F&B. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Diploma or Degree in business-related fields, are proactive and highly organised, and comfortable using Google

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Hospitality or a related discipline.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Canva, or basic content creation is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, organising, and maintaining internal systems, trackers, and operational workflows.
• Support inventory tracking, production planning, and SOP documentation.
• Coordinate with staff, suppliers, and external partners on operational matters.
• Assist with purchasing, stock monitoring, invoice organisation, and expense tracking.
• Help identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve workflows.
• Participate in hands-on café operations 1–2 days per week to gain experience.
