Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant F&B operations experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in F&B.
• Proven skills in staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
• Strong English proficiency; Excel and POS skills desired.
• Willing to work weekends and rotating shifts.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate full-time and part-time employees.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and operational productivity.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues independently.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, food costs, and wastage control.
• Prepare daily sales reports and monitor operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Assist management in improving operational efficiency and profitability.
