Job summary

Alink Engineering Pte Ltd invites a proactive Business Development professional to identify and develop new opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and drive growth in Singapore’s market.

You will prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions, coordinate with internal teams, and analyze industry trends. Travel for client meetings and site visits will be required to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in construction/engineering preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of construction projects, tendering processes and industry practices is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Source and monitor construction tenders and project opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare tender submissions and project proposals.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Perform other business development duties as assigned.
