Job summary

Talent First is seeking an experienced quality management professional to lead ISO 9001 initiatives across the organization. You will plan internal audits, support external certification, and drive corrective actions and process improvements.

The role requires 8+ years in quality systems, strong analytical and stakeholder skills, and a background in engineering, business, or quality management. Relevant certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Quality Management or related discipline.
• 8+ years in quality systems, business excellence or continuous improvement.
• ISO 9001 experience is essential.
• Experience conducting internal and external ISO audits and managing corrective actions.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is advantageous.
• Experience in BPR/change management or process improvement is advantageous.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification and exposure to HSE, sustainability or ISO 14001 are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
