Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced quality professional to lead ISO 9001 quality management across functions.

You will plan and conduct internal audits, support certification audits, and close audit findings with robust corrective actions. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and cross-functional project leadership. Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Quality Management or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in quality systems or continuous improvement.
• Strong hands-on experience with ISO 9001 is essential.
• Experience conducting internal and external ISO audits and managing corrective actions.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt beneficial.
• Experience in BPR, change management or process improvement advantageous.
• PMP/PRINCE2 beneficial; exposure to HSE/sustainability advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
