Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Quality Systems & Continuous Improvement professional to oversee ISO 9001-based operations and drive CI initiatives across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable supply, on-time delivery, and efficient processes. The role requires 5+ years in Quality Systems and CI, with Lean Six Sigma expertise and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Systems and Continuous Improvement with strong ISO 9001 exposure.
• Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Warehouse operations and CI projects preferred.
• Proven track record in CI initiatives with Lean Manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supply chain operations including inventory, procurement, logistics, and workforce deployment.
• Manage supplier relationships, on-time delivery, cost and inventory control.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, Finance, Engineering, Quality and other functions to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System, audits, non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Drive CI and business process improvements, identify opportunities for redesign, productivity, automation, and digitalisation.
• Analyse operational and SC data to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, cost and compliance with ISO and safety regulations.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supply chain operations, including inventory, material availability, logistics, procurement, transportation, and workforce deployment.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring reliable supply, on-time delivery, and effective cost and inventory control.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and other functions to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
• Manage and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, including internal audits, external/certification audits, non-conformities, corrective actions, and related documentation.
• Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) and business process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process redesign, productivity improvement, automation, and digitalisation.
• Analyse operational and supply chain data to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, cost effectiveness, and compliance with ISO, regulatory, safety, trade, environmental, and 5S requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Systems and Continuous Improvement, with strong experience in ISO 9001 and process improvement.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse operations, with exposure to continuous improvement projects, is preferred.
• Proven track record in driving Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, with knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, or Hazardous Substance Management would be beneficial.
