  • Source mid-senior candidates withinInsurance or Banking by cold-calling, LinkedIn messaging, and networking to meet your client's needs
  • Manage end-to-end interview processes, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, negotiating salaries, and securing the offer
  • Perform active business development, bringing in new clients through frequent client meetings, cold-calling, and providing market insight and knowledge, building long term relationships
  • Build strong networks within your specialisation withSenior Managers, Directors, and CEOs of MNCs and Fortune 500 Companies,converting them into commercial opportunities
  • Have the opportunity to build and develop your own recruitment business, leveraging on Gravitas mentorship, support, and training to make it a success
