Job summary

Starseed Technologies (S) Pte Ltd, launching TwinMOS Memory in Singapore, seeks a seasoned B2B channel sales leader. You will own the Singapore go-to-market for TwinMOS memory and storage, recruit master distributors and resellers, and drive the regional rollout.

You will operate the Shopee/Lazada stores, manage campaigns and live sessions, and build the OEM and education pipeline in Year 2. A strong track record in IT hardware distribution and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B business development or channel sales in IT hardware distribution, Singapore.
• Verifiable track record of signing and growing distributors or resellers.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore channel: broadline distributors, SIM Lim area, SI and marketplace operations.
• Commercial numeracy: pricing ladders, margins, inventory turns, terms.
• Degree in business/marketing or equivalent channel experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable presenting to distributors and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Own Singapore go-to-market for TwinMOS memory and storage end-to-end.
• Recruit and manage distributors and resellers; place 15–25 SKUs in the channel in Year 1.
• Launch and operate TwinMOS Official Stores on Shopee and Lazada; manage campaigns and live sessions.
• Lead regional rollout to Malaysia and Thailand; replicate Singapore playbook.
• Bid on government e-procurement portals like GeBIZ through partners.
• Manage pricing architecture, margins, stock, promotions and marketing funds.
• Maintain CRM discipline; report to senior management on pipeline and margins.
• Develop relationships with system integrators and retailers; drive design-ins and OEM pipeline.

Its range spans DDR4 and DDR5 memory modules, NVMe and SATAsolid-state drives, portable SSDs, USB flash drives and memory cards - carrying the tagline Legendary Memory Brand Since 1998.

Together, the two companies are launching the TwinMOS Memory Business: a dedicated division bringing TwinMOS memory and storage to Singapore first -through distributors, Sim Lim retailers, Shopee and Lazada official stores, system integrators and government channels - and then across Asia, with Malaysia and Thailand next. All products carry a lifetime DRAM and five-yearSSD warranty, serviced locally by Starseed. We are now appointing the person who will lead that launch.

Responsibilities :

You will own the Singapore go-to-market for TwinMOS memory and storage end-to-end - from distributor recruitment to retail shelf to online store - and then lead the division's regional rollout. Specifically:

• Recruit and manage a master distributor plus specialist Sim Lim resellers; place 15-25 SKUs (DDR4/DDR5 memory, NVMe/SATA SSDs, flash storage) into the channel within Year 1.
• Launch and operate the TwinMOS Official Stores on Shopee and Lazada - campaign calendar, 9.9-12.12 mega-sales, weekly live sessions, ratings management.
• Win design-ins with system integrators and custom-PC builders for DDR5 memory kits and NVMe SSDs; develop the corporate refresh, education, and OEM pipeline for Year 2.
• Bid memory and storage line items on GeBIZ, Singapore's government e-procurement portal, through channel partners.
• Own pricing architecture and channel margins with TwinMOS supply - stock, promotions, distributor marketing funds - and enforce price floors that protect resellers.
• Run channel marketing with partners: HardwareZone, COMEX and The Tech Show, tech influencers, reseller incentives.
• Maintain CRM discipline and report weekly to the Chairman and Managing Director on pipeline, sell-through and margin.
• Replicate the Singapore playbook in Malaysia and Thailand as the division grows into a regional channel organisation under your lead.

You must bring:

• 5+years in B2B business development or channel sales in IT hardware, components, or consumer-electronics distribution in Singapore.
• A verifiable record of signing and growing distributors, resellers or retail doors - with references we can call.
• Working knowledge of the local channel: broadline distributors, the Sim Lim Square ecosystem, system integrators and marketplace (Shopee/Lazada) operations.
• Commercial numeracy - pricing ladders, margin math, inventory turns, credit terms - sound enough for a volatile memory market.
• A degree in business, marketing or a related field, or the equivalent in hard-won channel experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English, and the confidence to present to distributors, retail owners and senior management.
• Ahands-on builder's mentality - comfortable operating lean at first - with the appetite for regional travel this role will demand.

A strong plus:

• E-commerceoperating experience: campaign planning, live selling and marketplace analytics.
• Existing relationships within Singapore's PC-DIY, gaming and system-integratorcommunity.
• Experience launching a new brand, product line or territory from zero.
