Job summary

Randstad - Construction, Property & Engineering is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive market expansion across Singapore and regional markets. You will source key accounts, manage full sales cycles, and collaborate with internal teams to assess recovery potential and pricing.

You will lead and develop the BD team to meet revenue and margin KPIs, while directly closing key accounts as a player-coach and ensuring compliance with KYC and risk policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience leading and developing a sales or business development team.

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Target and secure industrial accounts across Singapore and regional markets, focusing on electronics, semiconductor, and electroplating sectors.
• Account Sourcing: Build a corporate prospect pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Recovery Feasibility: Partner with the laboratory team to evaluate sample recovery potential and commercial suitability before pricing.
• Team Leadership: Manage the BD team to meet revenue and margin KPIs, while directly closing key accounts as a player-coach.
• Commercial Compliance: Negotiate contract pricing and collection terms in line with KYC, risk policies, and cross-functional operational requirements.
