Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager for a market-leading metals recovery and waste management group. Based in Singapore, you will drive strategic account growth across electronics, semiconductor, and plating sectors.

You will lead the BD team, source and close key opportunities, evaluate recovery feasibility with the lab, and negotiate contracts in line with risk policies to meet revenue and margin KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience leading and developing a sales or business development team.

Responsibilities

• Target and secure industrial accounts across Singapore and regional markets.
• Build a corporate prospect pipeline and manage full sales cycle.
• Partner with laboratory team to evaluate sample recovery potential and commercial suitability before pricing.
• Manage the BD team to meet revenue and margin KPIs, while directly closing key accounts as a player-coach.
• Negotiate contract pricing and collection terms in line with KYC, risk policies, and cross-functional operational requirements.
