Job Description

  • Lead business development initiatives targeting Japanese enterprises across the Pan-APAC region, including both headquarters and regional subsidiaries.
  • Build and maintain strong C-level relationships, acting as a cultural and strategic bridge between Japanese clients and internal delivery teams.
  • Identify market opportunities and plan go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and delivery leads to develop tailored ICT solutions that meet client needs.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery and long-term account retention.
  • Conduct market analysis and pricing studies to support strategic planning and service differentiation.

Qualifications

  • 5–12 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, or consulting within IT services.
  • Proven ability to engage Japanese clients, with a deep understanding of Japanese business culture and expectations.
