Job summary

Recruit Expert in Singapore seeks a driven sales professional to identify opportunities in the interior design, renovation and fit-out sector. You will build a robust pipeline through proactive outreach, client visits and industry networking.

Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, proposing pricing, managing negotiations and closing deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners in the built environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in sales or business development within interior design, renovation, construction, or fit-out industries.
• Strong hunter mindset with confidence in sourcing and closing new business independently.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, with ability to engage clients both remotely and in person.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
