Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Sales/Business Development professional to identify and pursue opportunities in the commercial interior, renovation and fit-out sector in Singapore.

You will engage with clients, assess project scopes and budgets, and coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals. The role emphasizes a hunter mindset, strong negotiation, and the ability to build a robust pipeline through cold outreach, client visits, and industry connections.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in sales or business development within interior design, renovation, or fit-out industries.
• Strong hunter mindset with ability to source and close new business independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to engage clients remotely and in person.

• Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
