Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior business development professional to grow our client base across Singapore, Malaysia and Southeast Asia. You will identify opportunities, secure projects, manage key accounts, and collaborate with design and project teams to deliver on commitments.

Travel regionally as needed and leverage a strong network in retail, F&B, and commercial fit-out to engage senior stakeholders, negotiate terms, and close profitable contracts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B project sales / BD experience in interior fit-out, design & build, or construction.
• Good understanding of fit-out projects, materials, costing, and tender processes.
• Strong network within retail, F&B, or commercial fit-out sectors.
• Able to engage senior stakeholders and close projects.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• Willing to travel regionally when required.
