Job summary

RD American School is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead strategic partnerships and corporate relationships that grow the school’s brand, enrollment, and revenue through value-added programs, sponsorships, and collaborations.

You will identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Academic teams to develop scholarships and CSR initiatives, while representing the school at events to expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in corporate business development or partnerships.
• Proven success in securing corporate sponsorships or strategic alliances.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that align with the school’s mission to support growth and sustainability.
• Develop and implement a corporate engagement strategy to enhance enrollment, branding, and revenue generation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, chambers of commerce, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
• Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to deliver mutual benefits and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Academic teams to design corporate-linked programs such as scholarships, CSR initiatives, training, and internship pathways.
• Represent the school at networking events, conferences, and corporate functions to expand business opportunities.
• Monitor market and industry trends to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Track, analyze, and report partnership performance and ROI to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
