Job summary

ABC BEST PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to identify and engage strategic partners, drive growth through targeted campaigns, launches, and brand milestones.

You will manage the full business development pipeline, maintain CRM accuracy, and support relationship-building events. This role requires strong prospecting, appointment setting, and the ability to present confidently to founders and directors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage suitable strategic partners to expand business opportunities
• Develop business development strategies aligned with campaigns, launches, and brand milestones
• Generate qualified meetings and build relationships with prospective clients and partners
• Consistently follow up with prospects to advance relationships through the business development pipeline
• Maintain accurate CRM records and timely follow-ups to ensure data integrity and pipeline visibility
• Develop partnerships, introductions, and collaboration opportunities to enhance business reach
• Support business events, webinars, and relationship-building activities to strengthen networks
• Apply strong prospecting and appointment-setting skills to secure meetings with key decision-makers
• Communicate and present confidently to founders, directors, and business owners
• Use LinkedIn and online research tools effectively to identify and engage prospects
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and commercial judgment to prioritize opportunities
• Manage pipeline discipline with strong follow-up and execution focus
• Build and maintain strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships
