Responsibilities
  • Determine optimal logistics operating solutions for customer
  • To support implementation of projects handover, and on occasion, take the lead to develop and cross‑functional implementation of value‑added supply chain solutions
  • Be responsible for sales lead, tenders and RFQ
  • Maintain regular contact and develop new business with existing customers
  • Lead the operation team in handling customers’ enquiries
  • Consistently monitor our service standards and work with our operations team to drive suppliers and operation teams across all areas of responsibility ie lead times, complaints, escalation
  • Work together with relevant stakeholders
  • Perform any ad hoc duties / projects as assigned by the management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience or track records of past secured accounts and positive sales performance
  • Proficient in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Excel, Words etc
  • Strong in analytical skills
