Our client is a trusted name in the electrical contracting and supply industry, known for delivering high-quality electrical solutions across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

As part of their expansion, they are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Business Development Executive to help drive growth and build long‑term partnerships within the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Consultants, Main Contractors, and Electrical Contractors
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Represent company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and growth objectives
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) industries, with a strong network among M&E consultants
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in a “hunter” capacity
  • Prior exposure to the electrical, mechanical, construction, or related industries is highly preferred
  • Strong professional network within the consultant and contractor ecosystem
  • Demonstrated track record of generating leads and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and eager to grow professionally
  • Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is advantageous, but not mandatory
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
