Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent with 1–2 years in similar capacity.
• Strong communication skills.
• At least 1 year in Customer Sales or Business Development.
• Customer-centric, proactive, resourceful and organized.

Responsibilities

• Scan industry news, especially F&B vending and Ready-to-Eat marketing.
• Identify potential new market opportunities.
• Assist in tender and renewal negotiations and team meetings.
• Assist in site visits and evaluation for vending machine placements.
• Establish and maintain client relationships including after-sales servicing and problem solving.
• Manage internal gate processes from proposal to launch of vending machines at location.
• Keep documentation and records of all agreements and contracts.
• Perform weekly portfolio reviews and reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to support brand growth.
• Attend industry events and networking to support branding efforts.
