Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in project management.
• Good understanding of B2B sales and sales techniques.
• Proficient in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to plan and manage resources effectively.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to work towards business goals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business action plans and go-to-market strategies for new products, including market positioning and evaluation of new business opportunities.
• Manage project enquiries and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with Key Account Managers to identify new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and support revenue growth.
• Conduct market research, identify industry trends and customer needs, and build short-, medium-, and long-term business pipelines aligned with revenue targets.
• Identify gaps in existing business processes and develop strategies for improvement.
• Support the planning and implementation of marketing strategies and assign tasks to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and customer drivers and review business strategies regularly with management and stakeholders.
• Manage proposal responses, including RFP requirements, content preparation, and coordination of inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and implement outbound sales and business development strategies, processes, and best practices.
• Support deal structuring and pricing through business value analysis.
• Motivate the team, monitor performance, and report on agreed metrics.
• Maintain and share professional knowledge through training, networking, events, and presentations.
• Perform other duties assigned.
