ACTIVE HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a sales-driven professional to identify new business opportunities and manage key customer accounts.

You will build relationships with interior design firms and partners, visit clients, and coordinate cross-functional teams to fulfill customer needs. The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and the ability to learn across related interior design and building materials sectors.

Competenze

• Experience in sales, business development or account management preferred.
• Experience in interior design, renovation, construction or building materials is an advantage.
• Candidates from other industries who are willing to learn are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to build business relationships and work independently.
• Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle are advantageous but not mandatory.

Monthly Salary: S$3,000–S$4,000
Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Work Location: Near Boon Keng MRT, Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Manage customer accounts and follow up on enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities.
• Visit clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable flooring and interior material solutions.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Indoor Sales and Operations teams to support customer requirements and business development activities.
• Attend business meetings and networking events where required.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary of S$3,000–S$4,000, subject to the employer's confirmed remuneration terms.
