• 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
• Experience in tender preparation and submission is required.
• Experience in quotation preparation and submission is required.
• Strong presentation skills and client management experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Attend show rounds or site visits.
• Prepare tender proposals with accurate costings and pricing.
• Plan, deliver, and submit tenders on time and professionally.
• Prepare and submit ad hoc quotations.
• Create and present effective sales presentations.
• Follow up on business opportunities and new sales channels.
• Manage existing and potential client portfolios.
• Monitor contract renewals and coordinate renewal needs with clients.
• Collaborate with accounts to align ERP records with department requirements.

• Attend show rounds or site visits
• Prepare tender proposal write up and accurate costing and price calculations within stipulated deadlines
• Plan, deliver, and submit tenders in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare ad hoc quotations
• Prepare and present effective sales presentations
• Follow up with business opportunities and new sales channel
• Manage existing and potential client portfolio
• Monitor contract renewal and follow up with clients on renewal needs
• Manage ERP system and work closely with accounts to ensure system is in line with department requirements
