Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Coordinate communication among designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand business needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
