Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive.
• Experience in tender preparation and submission.
• Experience in quotation preparation and submission.
• Strong presentation skills and client management.
• Meticulous, team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Attend show rounds or site visits.
• Prepare tender proposals with accurate costing and pricing.
• Plan, deliver, and submit tenders on time.
• Prepare ad hoc quotations.
• Prepare and present effective sales presentations.
• Follow up on business opportunities and new sales channels.
• Manage existing and potential client portfolio.
• Monitor contract renewals and follow up on renewal needs.
• Coordinate with ERP system and align with accounts.

• Plan, deliver, and submit tenders in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare ad hoc quotations
• Prepare and present effective sales presentations
• Follow up with business opportunities and new sales channel
• Manage existing and potential client portfolio
• Monitor contract renewal and follow up with clients on renewal needs
• Manage ERP system and work closely with accounts to ensure system is in line with department requirements
