Job summary

IMPACT BEST PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to expand our corporate client base. You will identify opportunities, craft proposals, and close deals with senior decision-makers.

This role requires 2+ years in B2B sales, strong communication, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and sustained partner growth.

Qualifications

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or corporate account management.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and securing new business.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to engage with corporate decision-makers.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Experience in service-based industries is preferred.
