Job Summary
- Responsible for driving continuous improvement,standardisation, and operational efficiency across all departments within theorganisation.
- Works closely with all cross functional teams todevelop, implement and optimise business processes, systems, procedures andworkflows.
- Supports management in implementing company-wideinitiatives, new systems, ERP enhancements, product development activities andother special assignments to improve overall organisational performance.
Main Responsibilities
Process Improvement & Standardisation
- Review, analyse and improve existing business processes across alldepartments.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), workinstructions, forms and documentation.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Promote standardisation and best practices throughout the organisation.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity,quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Technical , Sales & After Sales, Operations,Warehouse, Quality, Supply Chain, IT, Finance and Administration departments.
- Facilitate implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate departmental improvement projects and follow-up actions.
- Ensure consistency of processes and procedures across the organisation.
New Initiatives & Development Activities
- Coordinate and support the implementation of new company initiatives.
- Participate in new product development and product introductionactivities.
- Conduct process assessments and feasibility studies for proposedimprovements.
- Assist management in evaluating and implementing operationalenhancements.
Performance Management
- Develop and monitor KPIs for operational and process performance.
- Analyse business performance data and provide improvementrecommendations.
- Track improvement initiatives and measure effectiveness.
- Prepare management reports and presentations.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain process, quality and EHS documentation.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and management systems.
- Maintain proper document control practices.
- Support ISO management systems or other relevant standards whereapplicable.
Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
- Develop, maintain and improve the company's EHS management system.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety and environmentalregulations and company requirements.
- Support workplace risk assessments, hazard identification and correctiveaction programmes.
- Coordinate safety audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
- Monitor and report EHS performance indicators.
- Lead safety improvement programmes and promote a positive safetyculture.
- Coordinate incident investigations and implementation of preventivemeasures.
- Organise EHS training, awareness programmes and emergency preparednessactivities.
Systems & ERP Development
- Lead and coordinate ERP implementation, enhancements and optimisationactivities.
- Evaluate existing business systems and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with department managers to develop efficient workflows andreporting structures.
- Ensure data integrity and process alignment across business functions.
Special Assignments
- Undertake special assignments and company-wide initiatives as directedby management.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to address organisationalpriorities.
Knowledge/ Experience / Skill
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
- Leader by example, good communicator, motivator,champion of change.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication,organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong project management experience.
- Computer literate, MS. Office software, able togenerate needed reports and conduct necessary training and presentations.
- Good understanding of EHS knowledge and workplacesafety requirements.
- ATEX / IECEX knowledge wouldbe advantage
- Proficient in ERP systems,process mapping and workflow optimisation.
