Job summary

The Public Service Division is seeking a proactive Business Process Analyst to drive productivity and digitalisation. You will analyse current workflows, map processes and partner policy makers to identify improvements that enhance service delivery.

You will lead BPR projects, define system requirements, oversee UAT, and manage change communication to ensure smooth adoption and user-centric solutions across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Background in Business Administration, IT, or related field with strong business analysis and process improvement knowledge.
• Experience in business process re-engineering to improve efficiency.
• Familiarity with design thinking to improve user experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Interest or knowledge in real estate solutions is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Business Process Analysis: Partner our policy makers to conduct thorough assessments of existing workflows to identify pain points and bottlenecks.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to gather and document comprehensive business requirements.
• Process Mapping and Documentation: Develop clear process mapping to understand current and future state processes.
• System Design and Requirements: Define system requirements reflecting business needs and policy intents.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Oversee and conduct UAT to validate systems meet business requirements.
• Change Management: Develop and implement communication strategies to manage change and support users.
