Job summary

Crazy Movie Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a results-driven retail supervisor to drive store performance and customer experience.

You will partner with the Store Manager to hit daily and weekly KPIs, monitor sales trends, and adjust displays to maximise revenue per customer. You will lead a team of retail associates, provide coaching and structured onboarding to reduce turnover and boost upselling and service quality.
