Job summary

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years’ experience in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; portfolio of prototype/development work preferred.
• Experience with prototype/wireframing/productivity tools (Power Platform, RPA, Figma, etc.) preferred.
• Interest in social work case management.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to present information clearly.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and techniques and leverage technology for efficiency.

What the role is:

RPG undertakes the statutory functions in the rehabilitation of adult and youth offenders, and the protection of children and families. Our mission is to empower individuals and families to break cycles of abuse, neglect and offending. As part of the RPG family, Prevention and Operations Policy (POP) division complements RPG’s remedial work, in coordinating whole-of-government efforts to prevent domestic violence and youth offending. POP also oversees the RPG centralised Data Management and Operational technology functions.
