• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure efficient resource utilisation and support system administration.
• Oversee administrative support for RPG Systems: requirements gathering, UAT, verification, migration.
• Analyse operations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design, prototype and implement ops tech solutions to optimise protection processes.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of ops tech initiatives from concept to deployment.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes and systems.
• Monitor and maintain systems; provide data governance and management support.
