What the role is:

The Prevention and Operations Policy Division (POP) is responsible for overall prevention strategy planning, corporate strategic planning, operations policy, and technology transformation for the Rehabilitation and Protection Group (RPG).You will be joining POP's Strategic Planning team, where you will be involved in building group-level dashboards and conducting data analytics to enable informed decision-making, uncover driving factors behind key trends, and surface timely insights that strengthen RPG's ability to make evidence-based decisions in its protection and rehabilitation work.

What you will be working on:

Project Scope:

• Engage stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data and visualisation solutions.
• Conduct data analytics to uncover trends, patterns, and key driving factors behind RPG's operational outcomes.
• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards for divisional stakeholders and management.
• Present findings and recommendations to management.

What we are looking for:

• Proficient in data analytics and visualisation tools, particularly Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Strong communication and writing skills to present findings and engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Experience in data visualisation or dashboard development projects would be an advantage.
