Evolution Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to collaborate with Private Banking specialists to elicit, analyse and document business requirements, including current-state and future-state processes. You will define detailed functional and non-functional requirements and assess impact for seamless system integration.

You will manage scope, risks and changes, maintain BRDs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Description du poste

• Collaborate with Private Banking specialists to elicit, analyse and document business requirements, including current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) processes.
• Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements, conduct impact assessments and identify opportunities to streamline business and operational processes.
• Assess requirements against the existing technology landscape to ensure seamless system integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage requirements scope, risks, issues and changes throughout the analysis phase, including monitoring scope creep.
• Prepare and maintain requirements traceability matrices, review business capabilities against BRDs, and ensure alignment between business requirements and functional specifications.
• Review and sign off functional specifications prepared by System Analysts.
• Work closely with System Analysts, solution architects, senior business analysts and operational teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and translated into appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with Test Managers and SIT testers to translate business requirements into test scenarios and review test cases.
• Support SIT/UAT activities, clarify testing findings and classify them as defects or change requests.
• Conduct impact assessments and effort estimations for project change requests.
• Support the investigation and resolution of product-related incidents.
• Develop and maintain application knowledge and process documentation, and facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for application enhancements.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• 6–10+ years of relevant banking experience.
• Mandatory Private Banking experience with strong knowledge of investment products.
• Good understanding of Private Banking sales and advisory processes, including relevant regulatory requirements and changes.
• Familiarity with banking technology and operational processes across different functions and departments.
• Understanding of best practices and service excellence in technology and operations management.
• Experience in solution scoping and evaluation, considering scalability, maintainability, cost, operational impact and technology risks.
• Strong requirements analysis, process design and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
