Job summary

Evolution Recruitment Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Business Analyst to support project delivery by collaborating with business units to elicit, review and validate requirements and to translate them into clear specifications.

You will define detailed functional and non-functional requirements, assess impacts, manage risks, and support testing phases (SIT/UAT) with defect tracking and resolution.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with Business Unit Specialists to elicit, review, and validate business requirements.
• Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor and manage risks / issues related to requirements and scope creep.
• Perform impact assessments and estimations for project change requests.
• Transition requirements to System Analysts and maintain traceability.
• Support SIT and UAT, including defect prioritisation, tracking and resolution.

Responsibilities
