Job Description

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring projects meet business objectives and deliver value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT and operational teams
  • Conduct process analysis, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
  • Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting
  • Support testing and validation of implemented solutions
  • Prepare business cases, reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and requirement elicitation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and tools like Visio, Jira, or Confluence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum projects
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), or ERP systems
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Professional certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent is a plus
