Job summary

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Deputy/Assistant Manager, Bus Service Development to join the team responsible for licensing and regulation of bus services. You will evaluate applications relating to Bus Service Licences and use of bus stops, and monitor service operations to enforce licensing conditions.

You will help develop rules, guidelines and policies to keep the regulatory framework effective, and work with government agencies, bus operators and community

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Well-organised with minimal supervision and ability to manage tasks and projects to schedule.
• Positive attitude with interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for regulatory, licensing and operational issues.
• Excellent written and verbal English; able to present to senior management.
• Resourceful, self-motivated and confident in a fast-paced environment.
• A good team player able to collaborate across teams and agencies.
• Candidates with potential and aptitude without experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate applications relating to Bus Service Licences and use of bus stops.
